▶The Buyer of a listing is required to send the full sum upon buying a listing, or at latest when your order has been confirmed buy us.
▶The receiver of the due credits is Subduco Syndicate
▶Double orders due to bug or refresh can be cancelled.
▶Posted Sales are generally final and Subduco Syndicate does not offer refunds.

⏺Pre-Orders & Under Construction:
▶Pre-Orders and U/C Orders are done on a first ordered, first served basis.
▶Pre-Orders and U/C Orders are guaranteed to be produced.
▶Pre-Orders and U/C Orders will be delivered to the pick up location upon completion.
▶Pre-Orders and U/C Orders are made over upon delivery at the pick up location.
▶Information about current production times for the listing are available through the above mentioned sales contacts.

▶Unless the listing states otherwise or was agreed upon differently between the customer and Subduco Syndicate,
all goods will be stored at:

Shownar (194, -386)
In-System ( 8, 15 )

▶Due to the nature of vehicles and items, these will be docked either in an appropriate Container to hold these items.
▶Access to the containers will be granted to the buyer or a person designated by the buyer, up to 48 hours before arrival.

⏺Makeover of goods:
▶In case of the goods being self-containing (Ships)
▶▶As soon as payment is received and confirmed
▶In case of the goods not being self-containing (Vehicles, Materials, Items, other)
▶▶Upon pick up of customer or designated person.
▶Because events can be missed and other factors delays may occur, we reserve 12-24 hours to finish the makeover process.
▶If your wait time exceeded this timeframe, do not hesitate to contact our sales personnel to expedite the process
